The owner Eric is very difficult to get a hold of. He did a repair for me, which took me contacting him multiple times before he actually came out. I initially called bc my well pump was running continuously. They found the cause to be a leak near the bottom of the water intake tube approximately 35ft down, just before the foot valve. On the day of repair, before they left, they told me the pump wasn’t maintaining pressure, and it likely went bad from the pump unintentionally running dry. Eric told me if I wanted to continue with repairs, he’d order parts and get back to me with a repair date. I agreed, as my well controls all of my exterior irrigation, at least 30 sprinklers.
