K.W. Oil Co.

Called K.W. today, I spoke with Nancy and she gave exceptional customer service. We are usually on top of our oil level, and with some personal life issues occurring, it had gotten away from us. Our tank is very low, and we were very nervous. Other companies local offered no help at all. Nancy, was phenomenal, and we are getting our oil delivered tomorrow. We are new customers and I HIGHLY recommend using K.W. Great pricing, exceptional and kind customer service, they will now be the oil company we use for our home heating! Thank you! Update: Our delivery came today as promised. John was our delivery driver and he was very nice and personable. Family owned and operated and highly recommended!! Couldn't be happier with their service.

Excellent service. Nancy always calls and makes sure I need/want oil. It’s always filled up for me and never have to worry about running out. I did have an emergency last week and called after hours and got my tank filled, wasn’t the issue after all. But I believe the drivers name was Dave was very friendly. Didn’t make me feel like a bad person for making him work late. I think it was 7:30 at night and he was filling my tank. That is service and while I will continue to use KW and not shop around.

This company offers outstanding service; friendly and professional, one could not hope for more. Have been a customer for many years and I am totally satisfied.

Refused service due to an “obstruction in the driveway” which is blatantly untrue... we have two wide open driveways and straight path to where they need to go. Didn’t even come to the house, as we also have camera evidence.
