I really wanted to be able to give them a higher review for our recent HVAC replacement. The owner was the one who came to give the estimate. He was very open with what we needed for our home, was one of the best priced, and even put on booties before coming in (this was much appreciated because I take pride in a clean home). They were able to get us on the schedule within the next two weeks before it got too hot. Once the technicians arrived, they did not attempt to clean their shoes and left muddy footprints all through the house. A little frustrating, but nothing a good cleaning wouldn't fix. However, It seemed they were in a hurry to get the install done. They kept making comments about being done sooner and getting out of there earlier than expected. Once they left, I went to clean up

First company I called quoted $385 to fix a broken valve. Then said never mind it can’t be fixed it will cost $3000 for a new unit K&W came out had it fixed/part replaced in less than 30 minutes for $210. Saved me money and gained a customer! Technician was also very kind and courteous

From the moment we called inquiring about their HVAC system, to the owner himself (whose extremely knowledgeable) coming out inspecting what we had, making his HONEST suggestions and what programs they offer, to scheduling the install of the units, was all exactly how he said it would go. He was spot on with all the information given to us and we couldn’t be more pleased with this business! Wayne, Kari and their crew are ALL a super friendly group and left the areas very clean. If you are in the market of needing any type of HVAC service, we HIGHLY recommend calling K&W Premeier Heating and Air. You will not be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience, absolutely could not ask for more. Polite, respectful, prompt, honest, and absolutely reliable when i needed it most. These guys worked in 15 degree weather and still stopped to snag my kitten who had slipped out the door. Our HVAC techs, Andy and his partner, did a fantastic job. Very professional and courteous. Thanks to Wayne and Adam for very reasonable quotes for 4 different jobs (installed new Fujitsu mini split, installed a new humidifier and a new tankless water heater and a utility sink). They were significantly more reasonable than others that quoted. Will use K&W exclusively in the future! Thanks!!!
