Greatly appreciated KW came out the same day to fix my furnace after 3 days no heat-- and we had 20 degree days. I will need a new thermostat but had an extra one for use. I have had experience with a variety of HVAC companies over the years and this company seems great. I appreciate honesty.

During a recent heavy snowstorm, our furnace failed, dropping the indoor temperature to 56°F.
