Kwik Dry Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

They came out yessterday, arrived on time and in less time than I need in order to use the Bissel in one room, they did all 3 bedrooms, the living room, family room and hallway. Handled tyhe pet stains in the carpet, the heavy foot traffic areas etc. (Been in the house for 10 years, 1st time I paid for professional cleaning when the Bissel home shampoo machine just wasnt cutting it. DONT go 10 yeras lol..4 or 5 is more than sufficient) Price was less than I had anticipated, results were better than I had hoped for. I'm nearly 70 but, if I am still here in 5 years, I'll be calling them again.

Oof, do I have a doozy of a tale about this company. First off, I witnessed them dumping their dirty water onto my neighbor's driveway, where it flowed down into the gutter. So obviously my first assumption was that it was an employee behaving irresponsibly, so I contacted to business to let them know. Turns out it was the owner himself doing the dumping. He called me and I told him what happened, and he tried to lie to me and tell me that he dumped it into the neighbor's gravel and it didn't run down into the gutter and there were no chemicals, just "slightly dirty water." In the state of California, it's littering to dump anything but pure clean water on the ground. I called bs as I had seen him do it with my own two eyes, and I had recorded a video of it happening. I was becoming convinced that there were no good carpet cleaner in Redding that care about the quality of their work. My carpet is very light and was stained when I moved in. I’ve had several (3) other companies come to clean it and they put very little effort in. Steve came today and worked this magic! I am very happy with their work. Thank you

Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning is by far the best carpet cleaning service in the north state. They are prompt, and very good at what they do. I was impressed they cleaned all the hoses before coming into our home, they cleaned our furniture to almost like new that we thought we would have to replace. I highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Dan with Kwik Dry did a great job cleaning my carpet! He even moved my recliners and cleaned under them. Dan is very friendly and highly knowledgable about carpets. Oh he even went above and beyond and fixed our water valve out front, even had the part in his truck and didn't think twice about it, just volunteered, who does that??AMAZING!!!
