These guys were amazing, and I HIGHLY recommend them to any and everyone.. We needed to replace our entire hvac unit. The one in the house previously was well over 20 years,  wasn't maintained properly, and so loud you couldn't talk over it. The team showed up promptly. Pulled the air handler out of the house with minimal mess. Removed old unit and installed the new system. They even stayed late to make sure it was completed in the same day. The service was professional, knowledgeable and the guys were friendly. They did such an amazing job and they are local! Price was amazing. Kept me informed through the entire process. Thank you guys for the exceptional work you did!!

Called on a Monday and someone came on Wednesday of the same week to give me an estimate. Receptionist was very helpful and courteous and the estimate given was exactly what I paid, so it was accurate. Couldn't thank the techs enough for the great work they did. Great Business.

Was unable to repair fireplace which was completely fine. What was not fine however was how the tech was consistently late and unresponsive. Even worse, he took the screws to our fireplace screen with him for whatever reason after breaking one of the Gas logs that go inside the fireplace. Quoted us $180 to put the fireplace back together with the screws he stole, then never showed up to the appointment. Nice work 👎🏼💩

I agree, if I could give a negative star I would as well. I used to use this company to "top off" my refrigerant on my AC. I tried to get the same service this year. Don't waste your time.They never return your phone calls, texts, or never show up. Their excuse for the past 2 years has been that "they are in the process of changing owners." For years I have been getting my A.C. "topped off" when I just had a local competitor pump leak seal into the system and the problem has been solved for less money! Save your time and money and call Dutchair.

This place is terrible. Not only are they not responsive but they also damaged my personal property and either misplaced our property (parts) or took it with them. They are never on time and will not call to let you know they are running late. Extremely unprofessional. Only use this company if you want your property damaged, want your property lost and want a prison tattooed looking hoodlum in your house.
