Kyle Wilson Heating and Cooling, LLC

I’ve written very few reviews in my life, but I have to write this one. Kyle Wilson is extremely trustworthy, accurate in his assessments, and reasonable and fair in his pricing. I will be using his company from now on. I had been receiving winter and summer service from a local HVAC company that I won’t name. During their winter service call, they determined my heater wasn’t working and diagnosed the need for a replacement circuit board. The part costs about $125, but it was under warranty, and the repair takes less than thirty minutes. They wanted to charge me several hundred dollars. I spoke to the service manager and asked how that could possibly be justified. His explanation was inadequate—something vague about the paperwork required to exchange the part. I called a couple of other

Kyle was responsive when arranging my appointment. The time slot given was appropriate and the service was started and completed within the agreed upon time. The service was detailed with time taken to address and questions or concerns. I highly recommend.

I really appreciated how Kyle was transparent and worked to get me a lower price. He even sent pictures of the testing he did of the new system, something I didn't even ask for but really appreciated since I was out of town during the job.

Kyle and his team are knowledgeable, courteous and always on time. Jace came out and checked our 3 systems, explained what he check, and pronounced everything good-to-go for the winter. Quick, efficient and onetime.
