Kyra Homes Kitchen & Bath Remodeling

I am writing this to warn other homeowners about our experience with Lionel Lopez and Kyra Homes. We hired them for a bathroom remodel, and it was a complete disaster. Lionel talks a big game about being an expert in remodels but the "workmanship" was some of the worst I’ve ever seen. We dealt with crooked tiles, grout lines that were completely uneven, and a quartz countertop that wasn’t level. Lionel tried to gaslight us at every complaint to say we were too demanding and to say the quartz is “naturally crooked”. Lionel tried to "rework" things several times, but even the fixes were barely acceptable. It felt like they were learning as they went on our dime. The biggest issue was the hidden work. After they "finished", 2 out of 3 bathroom sinks leaked immediately (requiring rework). We

Our experience with Kyra Construction for our master bathroom and kitchen remodeling was exceptional. Rami's ideas were invaluable, creatively utilizing the available space. They demonstrated outstanding workmanship and professionalism, completing both projects surprisingly in under a month. Our project manager was honest supportive, and exceeded our expectations. Without hesitation, we highly rate this company as the best contractor we've ever worked with.

They power washed my whole 2 story home, replaced rotting wood (eaves?) and then they painted the entire exterior. After that they prepared the inside of the house for painting. They did the best job repairing, prep and painting that I have ever seen. The contractor’s folks were respectful and totally professional. I definitely recommend to anyone in need of a general contractor to hire Kyra Homes. My 1982 house looked brand new after they finished. They also put up a fence in my back yard. They did all of this in a week, true to his word.

Lionel is my go-to contractor for home repair and remodeling needs. His team has done quality and timely work for me at 2 separate homes and I couldn't be happier with the results. With a full bathroom remodel, siding replacement and patching, a fence replaced, chimney repairs, and HVAC work, he is my first and only person I reach out to. Easily the best experience I have had with communication between myself and any contractor or project manager.
