L&B Universal did an excellent job replacing our A/C unit, condenser, and furnace this summer with high quality, high end units at an affordable price. The technicians were professional, courteous, respectful of our property, and did a great job. Since we were so happy with their services, we referred L&B to others and L&B replaced HVAC units for two other properties this summer. They also replaced a water heater and aging, yellowed PVC pipes with copper pipes at one of the properties. Everything was done efficiently and professionally and with great care and expertise. L&B Universal did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC system. Even on an extremely cold day with many inquiries coming in, they made time to complete our installation very quickly. Because of its lack of honesty and accountability, I do not recommend L&B. I paid L&B to install a Bradford White hot water heater and Amtrol ST-5 expansion tank in 2021. I noticed a leak from the ST-5 a few weeks ago. Judging from the water stain on the floor, it had been leaking for a while. Contacted L&B & explained what happened, identified the tank model (ST-5), plus photos of the items. Mike from L&B stated that it only had a 1-yr warranty. I mentioned to him that on the receipt, it says parts are warranted 6 years and that on Amtrol's website, it states that the tank has a 7-year warranty. To which, he simply replied that they don’t cover the expansion tank. So, I contacted Amtrol for warranty coverage and was politely told to go through L&B and that they'll put this in as a
