50 years of home ownership has made me a little cynical about the trades and craftsmanship. LE Schwartz has done it right the first time on several occasions now for me. Could I get it done cheaper? Possibly, but the cost and angst of having it done twice makes Schwartz the right choice for me.

Schwartz won in every category. Though they won 1st place in price, price became irrelevant once they demonstrated their value. From point of contact to installation, everything was executed without error. I was given a million dollar experience for a simple roof job. 11 workers arrived at my home exactly on time, even though I am an hour away. It looked like an army battalion arrived more than a roofing company. Within 45 minutes, my entire roof was stripped down to the boards, and was entirely replaced without flaw by lunchtime. Their clean up crew left my yard cleaner than they found it; not a single crumb

This is our 2nd roof we have had replaced at 2 different homes, but both by L.E. Schwartz. Both time we had a very good experience with them (as good as one can have in replacing a roof). Plus, Schwartz provides an up-front quote with 5 different options based on the quality / useful life of the materials. We went with the Premium Option that is mid-tier and provides a 50yr Architectural shingle with a warranty that is transferrable. Quality Job - We have a large roof with a detached 2-car garage which both look great
