John and Simon were very professional and respectful of our home and property. We needed a new boiler installed during the coldest part of winter and they came thru for us very quickly. The quote we were given was fantastic, about 1/4 of the price of another quote we received for the same product. I would definitely recommend them if you need any type of service they offer.

January 2026 in Illinois has been brutally cold. When my old furnace stopped working three times in one week, I knew I couldn’t deal with it on my own anymore. The worst was when house temperature dropped to 38 degrees. So I called L&H for help. They are really great to work with. Sherry is so kind! John came out to diagnose. He offered options to repair but we ultimately decided to install a new unit. He took care of everything all in one day! By nightfall, we had heat and were able to sleep comfortably. John took exceptional care to ensure everything was working as expected. And he went above and beyond by rerouting the exhaust pipe. I appreciate the quality service! And I especially appreciate that John has grown to be someone I can trust.

John Litt from L+H Services came out and evaluated our HVAC systems. He was thorough, did some troubleshooting that was very helpful, and answered our questions. He was wonderful to work with and very service oriented. I highly recommend L+H and specifically John Litt!

I had at least 5 other HVAC companies out to look at my almost 50 year old boiler for my hydronic baseboard heating system. Every one of them said it would be better to replace it, but Mike was willing to take on the task -- which I am eternally grateful for! Mike and his son Kyle came out and got my heating system up and running beautifully. Mike even replaced a baseboard vent that some of the other HVAC companies had told me was a lost cause. L&H Services Inc was amazing. Here is my story. I am in the real estate business and know a thing or two about the proper way to cool/heat and insulate. I really wanted to install a Bosch heat pump in my Burr Ridge condo. I did extensive research on different brands and decided to go with the new Bosch Bova Inverter System that you can use for both heating and cooling. I then started calling different services (11 in total), and when I asked about the heat pump, most of them were not knowledgeable at all and didn't have the right answers. They would recommend different brands (usually the ones that they carry or even different parts altogether just because it's convenient for them). The ones that supposedly knew and were authorized to install still didn't know technical questions when ask
