The employee's were working beside my house mid day playing loud music, hollering, and being very obnoxious. When I asked them to turn it down because I was working and could hear it inside my house, one of the employee's started to walk towards me while cussing and tried to confront me. All the other guys in the crew were polite and agreed they were being loud except for the one guy that told me to ' f off ' and ' it's my problem deal with it ' Not very professional or a good look for a company.

I had a very scary and traumatic experience with L & L Concrete Company. While one of their trucks was on the road, cement debris began pelting the hood of my car and bouncing off my windshield, causing me to fear for my life. The debris caused significant damage to my windshield, bumper, and roof. I immediately contacted the company to report the incident, and inform them of the lose debris but despite my efforts, I never received any follow-up or communication from them. The lack of accountability and professionalism is incredibly frustrating. Not only did I have to deal with the damage to my vehicle, but the company's complete disregard for resolving the issue made the whole experience even worse. I live in a neighborhood near this business and we are responsible for cleaning up the road this business is on. This company and it's employees doesn't seem to care at all about the environment or others around them. They consistently litter the roadside with cigarette butts, Corona can tops, and a host of other types of trash. I can't imagine this company takes any better care of their customers than they do of their own property.

This place damaged my windshield admitted fault, then refused to pay for it, is this the kind of company you want doing work for you? A company that won't fix their mistakes or right a wrong?
