Amy managed all the scheduling and logistics flawlessly, keeping me informed every step of the way. The project required DEP approval and involved placing a massive septic tank on a 35% grade in front of my home — not an easy task by any means. Gene and the crew executed the installation with incredible expertise. What could have been a stressful and complicated job was completed smoothly, safely, and efficiently. They made a very challenging project look effortless. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend this company to anyone who needs septic work done. L&L were amazing and I couldn’t recommend more highly. I had a VERY complex septic that needed to be installed (on a hill with rock shelf that had to be jack hammered through and three separate waste pipes from two different buildings). They went above and beyond to make it all happen and are incredibly knowledgeable. Amy was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and accommodating. They kept to there estimates and more importantly time frame. They even leveled some of my yard and did an exceptional job replanting the grass which now looks better than when they started. Amy and Gene were such a pleasure to do business with. Amy was always available to speak on the phone about the various aspects of a pretty complicated project, including holding my hand through the CWC reimbursement process. She also helped me source wildflowers instead of grass for part of the site restoration. Gene, who performed the work on site was also very conscientious and put everything back together better than it was. His staff was also hardworking and professional. I'm grateful that I found such a good provider for a not so fun project of replacing the septic system at my house.
