L & M Carpet One Floor & Home

Couldn’t be more happy with my project start to finish! The sales woman was professional and detail oriented. The hardwoods we were matching to turned out fantastic, the carpet amazing! Both the carpet and the hardwood installers did the most important thing… they listened to my requests and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done that I asked.! Will definitely tell all my friends and family .

Very pleased with our new upstairs carpet and stair runner. Ashton did a great job of helping us choose the right carpets and pads for both areas. His patience with us was amazing and the installers were wonderful as well. They arrived each day when they said they would and did a beautiful job installing the carpet and left the upstairs clean and all the furniture back in place!

L&M did a wonderful job on our floor remodel. From our in-store representative, to the contractor, and multiple installers we worked with, everyone was polite, knowledgeable, and punctual. Everything occurring was communicated well to us during each step, the flooring is beautiful, and everything was finished on time.

An amazing place with so many types of carpets and flooring to choose from! I have used L&M Carpet One for years. Ashton, our salesperson was extremely polite and professional. Even more important than that, he listened to my wife and I and understood our needs. The installers were right on time and did a fast but great job installing the carpet. The pictures shown in this review shows the new carpet in an empty room but the installers also put carpet in the master bedroom along with moving furniture around. I look forward to using L&M for our my future carpet needs.

The L&M team was great to work with and was willing to lay out all our options/costs to help us determine the ultimate scope of our project. The install team got the old flooring removed and the new flooring installed quickly and did a fantastic job cleaning up once finished. Floors turned out great!
