L R Countertops

Love the countertops. However I was told the installer used bad caulk when installing and the caulk had discolored to a bright yellow color. Countertops have been installed for less than 5 months and company refused to fix the problem. I was told to fix it myself as it is cheaper for me to fix it versus the company paying the installer $350 to fix the problem. Horrible service of standing behind their product and installation. In response by the owner of the business, The company’s response tried to shift blame by claiming household products or moisture could cause discoloration. At no point did the owner ever ask whether such products were used or if water exposure even occurred. LR Counter tops had wonderful customer service. Lijo walked me through the process, showed me beautiful options to choose from, and set up the installation. The turn around time was faster than anyone else in the area quoted, and the pricing was great! The process was very smooth and the installers were very professional. They educated me on care, did a great installation, and cleaned up the work area. I mostly appreciated the constant communication and follow up calls to ensure my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend!!!
