L V Superior Landscaping

I rented from this Guy for 2 years and I received the worst service ever from a landlord… I was evicted out of my place because he doesn’t like being wrong… He place all his tenants on month to month rent so he can evict you whenever and for whatever reason and you can’t do anything about it… The is very unprofessional and doesn’t like to communicate with his tenants… Anytime you call to ask him to fix something he always threaten to evict you…. Please Please Please if you have a family please don’t rent from this guy because he doesn’t care about anyone when he can’t manipulate you…. YOUR DAY COMING SLUM LORD

Sub-par service at best. If you like chasing a company to provide the work they were contracted for then this is the company for you. Regularly missing cuts, hedge trimming and weeding is all part of their business plan. Also, rather then attempting to resolve issues, they will simply drop your account if you make to much noise. I wouldn't recommend LV Landscaping even to people whom I dislike. With so many companies to choose from my suggestion is to move on from this one before you become the next dissatisfied customer.

I was scheduled to do a photoshoot at With the Wind Farms in Wellington and LV Landscaping came out last minute to make sure the grounds were in tip top shape. They did an excellent job ( it looked great to me before too so they really keep on top of their work). I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone! Great work ethic!

My niece is living at one of this guys houses, she asked him to fix necessity appliances and was asked to get out. My niece is already going through a lot with a separation and being on her own renting from a slum lord when she had been used to paying a mortgage and having a working kitchen.... my niece takes good care of her kids and has been stressed to the max going out to eat due to not having a working kitchen.

Great company, they will make sure you are 💯 satisfied with their job. They have all trees you are looking for.
