Responsive and met a later in the evening since I had plans and just a solid guy. Had my part and also gave me tips for how to install and anything that could happen. I called Kevin on a Saturday morning because our fridge was not working. He came out to our house later that day, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part the fridge needed. The part wasn’t delivered until late Tuesday, but he still came to fix the fridge at 7pm. He was helpful and knowledgeable. We won’t hesitate to call him again and will recommend him to family & friends!

Kevin is top notch! I needed a part for my dishwasher. Here I am, looking for an appliance part 5PM, Saturday, two days after Christmas. Called L+W. He answered the phone! The part will be here on Tuesday! It's a Christmas Miracle!
