From start to finish, he followed through on every promise and delivered exactly what he said he would — ans close to schedule ans possible and on budget, even when unexpected challenges came up. His organization and attention to detail were impressive. The estimate was thorough and clearly laid out, and he kept everything running smoothly by coordinating crews and schedules flawlessly. Jason has excellent taste and offered ideas that fit perfectly with our vision, helping us create the look we always wanted for our forever home. Jason at L12 Construction has always done great work for us in a multitude of houses. Everything from load bearing walls, floor replacement, bathroom remodels, rod iron front doors, drywall, whole house water line replacement and much more. He offers fair pricing and you know you will get the job done right the first time, no exceptions or compromises. I would give him a 6 out of 5 stars if I could and will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for work to get done. Certainly won’t be my last time calling for his services.

They did our entire exterior on our home and could not be more impressed with the final results.
