We engaged L3 for a complete renovation of the exterior of our property - landscaping, hardscaping, pool remodel, driveway, lighting, irrigation, etc. It was a big and complex project, and Lauren and L3 were up to the task! Took our design payment and after a terrible experience with one of her project managers (who she then fired) she agreed to refund us, but since then has completely stopped communicating and has kept all our money. I can’t imagine treating anyone this way (clients or otherwise).
