Great family run business to work with. Andrew and Joey were on time, friendly, attentive to my questions, were very quick to turn around the report, and competitively priced. Their inspection & report were very detailed. I’m buying a new construction and I was surprised at the things they found for being a new home. I had the pleasure of having Walter and his sons come by and conduct an inspection on my new home and I have to say they did an outstanding job! Walter answered all my questions as he was going through the process and gave me some tips on how to maintain my home. The great thing about them is that it is a family owned business they love what they do. Walter’s personable demeanor coupled with his sons’ knowledge of architecture and home standards make them the best people for the job. They were right on time, worked hard evidenced by roof climbing and attention to details like plugs,insulation,door handles and windows. They even found the oven heating to a higher temperature. In addition they had the report to us within 24 hours as promised. Comparatively priced. a+
