Friendly staff, smart people except for the one guy, oh you know that guy... He's that guy ... !!! Anyway go on in and check out their parts... Mmmm parts they got big ones and little ones all the ones you need...!! If you need it they can give it to you really good like!!! Mmmmmmmm howdy let me tell you what... Come on over and get what you want all the parts you want... I bet if you're really nice they accept all forms of payment... Cash is king but they don't any way you like it...!! I bought a snow blower on a freezing cold day from this Ace after my local store sold out, and the service was incredible. Even though I’m technically outside their delivery area, the owner — a very nice older gentleman — still tried to deliver it within an hour of my order and even waived the delivery fee. When no one was home, he came back three hours later, unloaded the snow blower by himself, helped push it into my garage, showed me how to use it, and even added some gas. Truly exceptional service — A+++!

Incredible service. I stopped by last night for a light socket I needed for a light fixture. They didn’t have exactly what I needed so they helped me actually build it with several different parts they had in the store. I was amazed. Everyone there seems to truly care to help and it was an outstanding experience coming from a frustrating situation. This will be my go-to hardware store going forward.

This Ace Hardware in La Grange is my go-to, even though there are closer Ace locations to me. I make a point to come to this one in particular because the staff are friendly and the store is well kept. The garden section is especially nice and easy to browse. Always a solid experience here

Would give this store 10 stars if I could. Every single person I've encountered here has been helpful, knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly. It is a true staple of the community.
