This company replaced an old, rusted swamp cooler for my commercial laundry store, which was being retooled after several years out of use. They handle both residential and commercial work, obtained all the necessary permits, and passed inspection on the first attempt. Their pricing was reasonable and fair—the best quote I received. The team was professional, on time, and clearly knew what they were doing. Leonard was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and provided solid professional advice throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Service Technician Pablo Hernandez arrived right on time, and is a consummate professional, explaining to me what issues might be behind the dripping of our mini-split. He went well beyond troubleshooting and simply getting things working but did preventative maintenance that will help avoid future issues and explained to me what are the various "layers" behind the issues we are experiencing. Having been rooked by numerous other HVAC companies, it is great to find one that stands by their work and goes the extra mile!

LA Construction Heating and Air installed a new A/C ,heat pump,ducts,electric work. Very reasonable in price. From start to finish,everyone was very knowledgeable, excellent communication, sticking to the time line (finished 1day early),attention to detail and problem solving skills.They informed us regarding rebates and kept us informed what time and who would be coming to our home. Your tech pablo provided excellent service. He assessed the system through the thermostat first and then he went up on the roof to look at the system. He changed the filter and it also needed refrigerant since it had not been serviced in quite a while. He took photos and explained all of the numerical readings based on where my system was and where it was after it was serviced which no one has ever done before. I know very little about AC systems, however he explained it to me in a way that I could digest. He was very punctual, courteous, professional and communicated well. It was probably one of the best a c service experiences I have had. I will use this company in the future other a c needs. UPDATE#2: LA Construction eventually did come out and do an extra application of sealant on the duct. I am still a bit bothered because the duct will require extra maintenance and vigilance to ensure that it doesn't end up leaking every time it rains, but LA Construction did cover the costs for the interior drywall repairs, which was extremely professional and went above and beyond. They would have received their original 5-star rating if I never had to deal with the leak in the first place because overall the installation process was positive and the price was competitive, but the saga with the leaking duct puts them at 4-stars. UPDATE: Ever since LA Construction installed my AC unit, furnace, and duct work, there has been an active leak from one of the ducts they've installed every time
