Has some sort of personal vendetta against plants. Broke my $200 5'5 cactus and killed my succulents inside my office. After trying to revive my cactus and putting a sign up asking to please not move or touch the plants, it was broken again and my trash can moved across the room directly next to my cactus to show, "Oh yea, we broke it and we want you to know we did!" Wow, what did my cactus ever do to you? Just work around it, do none of their other clients else have plants?! How unprofessional!

I got the confirmation email but on the day of my appointment nobody showed up or answered the phone number listed in the email. Now I get to clean the place myself.
