Our building had many waterproofing issues and LA/NY was really helpful. We worked with them on two projects and are about to work with them for another project. The things that really worked well: 1. Communication, they explained everything, took pictures and provided clear reports. 2. The cost estimate was accurate and the work was done cleanly and quickly. We didn't have any issues or need to follow up on the work done. Overall, I think of this team for any future project we may have first. I highly recomment them.
