Terrible customer service. They opened my pool and then tried to sell me a new filter for $2000.00 because I had a rusted nut on the clamp. When I inquired about just replacing the nut I was told since the filter isn’t being manufactured anymore that I had to replace the filter or the whole clamp assembly for $311.11. When I asked again why can’t I just replace the nut and bolt and save myself the $2000 or $311 Brittney told me I was wasting her time. By the way when they opened my pool the didn’t put the backwash hose on, they didn’t put my ladder in, and they left a stainless steel brush in the pool. Terrible!

The staff are super helpful they go above and beyond to teach and educate and take their time making sure you get the right part. I have been here a couple times after being bounced around from other pool stores that were not as helpful. Recently we had to replace our pump the service tech(Larry) was super helpful and friendly. They gained a lifetime customer

So professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. By August, the pool like plants begin to wane. We had 2 leaks. With the help of LA pools were able to retro fit a part and are still in business till the end of the season.

If you are crazy enough to buy a house with a pool...there is literally nothing better than having an expert pool guy in your corner. Larry is so personable and knowledgeabke and he is your guy. We are incredibly fortunate to have found him. I think running a pool company is no different than being a doctor. Knowing the ins and outs of a pool and the parts and the chemicals and the pipes and how to fix things is complicated and intense. It is similar to needing to know anatomy and medications and surgeries. Dr. Larry has a great bedside manner and makes me feel confident that my pool will be healthy.
