La Rosa Del Monte Worldwide Movers

We booked our move through a Canadian moving company, and the move was subcontracted to Rosa Del Monte for the U.S. portion. Unfortunately, a significant number of our items arrived damaged. When the truck arrived, we immediately noticed some items were loose on their sides and multiple boxes were crushed, and three high value items were damaged (photos attached). The crew themselves were very nice, professional, and helpful, which I appreciate. However, the overall experience was overshadowed by the condition of the shipment and the fact that our king-size air mattress (approx. $8,000) was lost and never delivered. It has completely vanished, and so far no one has been able to take responsibility or provide a clear resolution.

The worst service, no recommend 😑 that no pay for the damage. Horrible service

I recently moved with La Rosa Del Monte, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The movers were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. They took great care with my belongings, even my delicate antiques, and the entire process was stress-free. They were able to accommodate my specific needs, including packing & unpacking my items. I highly recommend them!

09/23/2025... (2 1/2 months) to continue with this ordeal as of today I have not yet received my car so there is a minor zero review, that would be what they deserved….. —————————————————————— They are truly irresponsible... To begin with, they offer you delivery dates that they do not meet No one offers you concrete or clear information The manager is never available to clarify the backlog or to offer convincing and/or real answers and to conclude with such ineffectiveness they are very expensive

I was very excited to hire your services, but I followed the instructions to send a list of the items I wanted to move for a quote, and it has now been a month without a response. I even forwarded the email to the support address, but still no reply. This is a clear indication of the quality of service I could expect if I were to hire you.
