Labron Million Construction

Did not finish job. Had water damage during the near 18 month project my roof job turned into. Was told job would take 8-10 working days. Long long long story short had damage to flooring, ductwork, walls, beams, posts, drywall. Caught water for months in containers inside my house. Heard many excuses and apologies but HAD to hire someone else to finish. Wound up in court, but he never showed. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Wish I’d never heard of this business. I have dozens of pictures and videos of rainwater in my house. And all of our conversations saved. He never resolved this.

We would like to share our roof experience with everyone so that no one else has to go through everything we have been through. I will attach a few pictures to show some of what happened. The following are notes that I kept throughout. The company is Labron Million Construction 16 Days! From the day the company "started" (May 23rd) till the day they SAID they were "finished" (June 7th). Said they was done on June 7th, still has boards nailed to the roof, ladders and equipment still there and trailer. Trailer picked up June 24th, from employees. Drywall broke where nails are and cracks in the wall, very large cracks. In multiple bedrooms and livingroom. Water damage where they left the roof uncovered and it rained, In 2 rooms of the house. 4 messed up gutters. Some are just smashed. Na

Came to the conclusion this Labron Million is not a man of his word. Guaranteed he could repair my roof leaks for $1500. Over 3-4 month time frame he made 3 attempts and 6 months later it is leaking as badly as it was before. He keeps putting me off and giving excuses. After reminding him several times, I told him he needed to make it a priority. Then he told me I wasn't going to tell him what to do. I'll let others be the judge but I don't think I should have to tell him or remind him. He is the one that assured me a quality job, satisfaction and a guarantee.

Had a roof put on and it leaked within two months. I texted Labron and he said someone would come look at it. No one showed. Texted again. Was told he had COVID but someone would come. Again no one showed. I just shut that part of the house off. Many months later I texted. Sadly Labron still had COVID but someone would come. Finally after a year I contact my insurance. They couldn't get Labron to show up. I went to a lawyer that informed Labron with a certified letter of my intent to move forward with legal action if he didn't honor his guarantee. Again that was months ago and still no one has came. All while he was posting pictures of FB about what him and his crew were building. He doesn't honor his guarantee. Never use these people!!!!!!

My check was cashed December 17th 2019... it is now April 28th and I still have not had the work done. I have twice asked for my money to be returned and was met with very aggressive response and now I can not reach him by phone. I would never recommend anyone use him. If I could have given him zero Stars believe me, I would have.
