I have used Ladd service a couple of times and they are exceptional. Michael came by to take a look at my furnace and was very thorough so when my sump pump quit working, I called and the office lady who was incredibly compassionate, since lots of rain was in the forecast, made sure to get someone out ASAP. Taggert came out and was very thorough and helpful. He explained everything and had a new sump pump installed quickly. I would definitely recommend Ladd and I would definitely use them in the future. I also feel their prices are very good.

The filter had not been replaced in quite some time and, combined with our very hard water, there was significant mineral buildup that needed attention. Austin clearly explained what he found, why it mattered, and what to watch for going forward. No upsell, no pressure, just straightforward, professional work. Given the condition of the unit, he did a thorough job cleaning everything out and leaving the system running the way it should have been all along.
