Don’t get fooled by this unprofessional parking lot business they prey on people who mistakenly come here. So sad to see this right by a courthouse. Pathetic.

Van Nuys Courthouse and City Hall can we have some free legal advice on legal aid and taxes and for eviction and all kinds of other things but one thing you should never do never ever ever go to Legal Express there's people in there they say that there are attorneys and they put you in a room and they ask you what your problem is all the time acting like they're attorneys charging your outrageous prices and never completing the test that you need to be done there messing with people's lives they have been recorded through the Los Angeles bar and there will be under investigation soon

The staff is friendly and the price is fair. Eight electric parking spots for free which is a plus. Knocked one star due to cleanliness and maintenance.
