Lady Baltimore Floors

I contracted with Lady Baltimore Floors to remove carpet over what I was hoping was 100 year old wood floor in good shape. I met with Zach who was very knowledgeable about wood floors and told me what I could hope for and how they would sand and refinish if possible, which is exactly what happened. Zach came back to the house on carpet removal day to make sure the floor could be sanded. Big shout out to Zach, Barb in scheduling, and Trey who kept me informed everyday of the project, and of course the terrific men who got on their hands and knees and did the work. The floor looks great. I randomly chose Lady Baltimore after I called a few other companies that wouldn't take the job without a guarantee from me about what I would do with the floor below (sand, replace). I'm super happy

We had our 30 year old pre-finished oak floors sanded and refinished, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. From the first call to the last visit, each person was courteous and professional. The estimation process was extremely helpful, providing useful tips for our specific job. The bid was in line with two others received, but we valued Lady Baltimore’s long standing presence in the community and their tradition of community service. The preliminary educational materials were very helpful and explained each phase of the project. My fiancée and I had an amazing experience with Lady Baltimore Floors! I was lucky enough to experience all parts of the process. Working with their admin at their showroom - extremely friendly and very transparent and communicative about the payment process as well as letting me know beforehand when they were going to charge my card👍🏻 Doing stain tests with the sanding crew- the boys were very nice and also very helpful. My fiancée and I had personally picked out which stain we wanted beforehand… well as we figured, once we got to the stain test, that changed immediately but the boys helped us and guided us to choose the right colour for our new home. Lady Baltimore Floors has installed and refinished hard-wood floors in two houses I have owned, one of which was built in the 1800's. They did an excellent job on both projects, and at a reasonable price. All the staff are knowledgeable and reliable, and they offer first-rate products and services. They have had such extensive experience working on both old and new houses, there is no flooring job they cannot do, and do very well. And the price they quote is the price you pay--there is no upselling or last-minute add-ons. I highly recommend Lady Baltimore for all of your flooring needs.

Highly recommend Lady Baltimore Floors!! We had site finished hardwoods installed in our entire house in the summer/fall of 2020. Our floors are absolutely gorgeous. We had the work done in two sessions so furniture could be moved from one side of home to the other and back. Everyone at Lady B was a delight to work with! Due to size of the project and dealing with real wood we did have some slight mishaps that were taken care of immediately. At all times they wanted me to be happy and satisfied.
