Ladybug Handyman Services

I wanted to like this place as they came with so many great reviews on Nextdoor but unfortunately that was not initially my experience. I had them come out to replace a door. They were supposed to do the shopping and take the old one away which they did. Long story short, the job took about three hours longer than would reasonably be expected including the shopping and disposal and it’s a fairly sloppy job for what I wound up paying. I have attached photos showing the ridges in the side he cut, how he left my lock plate and the paint all over the handles. Update 1/23: Subsequent to this review they came out and fixed the quality issues to my satisfaction.

The staff was great and very communicative. We generally got ample notice of when they would arrive. They were also pretty tidy. I would definitely recommend Ladybug.

This review is really long overdue. Earlier this year I had my old laundry room redone and I reached out to Ladybug Handyman to get a quote. I went with the team based on reviews. Got on their calendar and the work was finished within a week. This included cabinet removal, hole patching, tiling, painting, and so much more. I really valued their communication, punctuality, work ethics, and honesty. You don’t realize how important these qualities are until you work with someone who is complete opposite. I’m currently undergoing a bathroom remodel with a licensed contractor and communication is spotty to nonexistent. I hope to have the opportunity to work with them again in the future. I would hire these guys in a heartbeat again.

Ladybug Group has done superb work for me on two occasions, including outdoor projects (fence repairs, replacing siding on backyard studio, securing metal railing to brick, re-mortaring tile joints) and indoor jobs (replace/re-vent fan and many smaller tasks). Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, communication, and teamwork.

Great work for a good price. They've done a whole range of things for me: regrouting the tile in my bathroom, fixing a leaking fan vent, hanging tvs, kitchen tile fixing, etc., and everything has been done well and efficiently. Good communication for setting up appointments too.
