Unfortunately this company has very poor customer service. I had my fiancé schedule with them, they were very rude and condescending. We eventually did schedule a service for inside our home. They were inside the house no longer than 3 minutes. Shotty work and rude customer service. Would not recommend especially for the prices they charge.

Great experience with lady bug, love that they come back out within 10-14days of the first treatment to be sure you get quality service. My tech Christina was amazing very laid back and down to earth.

She was the best at fixing our holes where the black hornets were coming in and out of our house. It's been 2 years and I have not seen a one. Thanks Ladybug! She's the best!

Although I did not use them because I was looking for a termite inspection which they don't do HOWEVER they did recommend someone who does that type of inspiration and they were very good .... Thanks Ladybug!

great first impression, great people!!! The technician arived on time and was also knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I also appreciated the technicians ability to work with/around me as i had a lot going on that day.
