A lafarge driver steered his cement mixer fully into my lane going downhill forcing me to jump w/bicycle - a foot to spare. I was in plain view climbing this hill. His lane was blocked by cars. This is a narrow stretch of roadway. He roared off thru a orange light. This on Dorset in Somerset-Chevy Chase Village. Tag number 330890. Maryland truck.
One of the drivers backed into my van causing $1700 worth of damage. I got his insurance information and, when my insurance company tried to file they were told it was not an active policy. My insurance has called with no response from the company. Clearly, not a reputable company.
Their plant manager is top of the line. We need more like him.
