We are extremely happy with our kitchen, bath and laundry remodel with LaFata. Monna was an amazing designer to work with and was patient with all my decisions which were a lot! She was very attentive to my preferences and seamlessly helped to create a beautiful and functional space. Tom DiLorenzo as our project manager was fabulous with all the coordination and logistics. He kept us informed and scheduled all the crews from demo, electrical HVAC, plumbing and drywall seamlessly and did his best to minimize our disruption. Every crew that entered our home was professional and delivered quality craftsmanship. They every effort to clean up daily. Lastly, the quality of the product is great and made locally is a plus! Just had our Kitchen and half bath completely redone by LaFata. Very happy with entire process. Monna was our designer and she was wonderful to work with. A very knowledgeable, professional, friendly person. Tom was the contractor, and he did a great job orchestrating all of the trades. All of the tradesmen were fantastic. Great job to all involved! 14 months after our kitchen was completed, I accidentally walked into an open lower cabinet door and severely damaged the wood around the hinge. I called their service department. They came out and Vince did an excellent job repairing the damage. No charge. I fully expected to pay for the work since it was my fault. But I paid nothing. So in addition to great quality, they provided great service as well!

The experience with LaFata Cabinets ended on a very poor note, despite starting out positively. The design and ordering phase was smooth, and communication was acceptable up until installation. The issue arose during installation when a cabinet was placed directly over an existing HVAC floor vent. LaFata had measured the space and created the full cabinetry layout themselves, yet once the problem was identified, responsibility was shifted to the homeowner. Despite their involvement in measuring, designing, and approving the layout, LaFata stated the HVAC conflict was not their responsibility. The resolution offered was minimal and not practical. Because LaFata collects half of the cabinet cost upfront and the remaining balance upon delivery, there was little incentive on their end to mea

My experience with this company was amazing! Monna was able to capture my vision and help it come alive. She guided me patiently through all the tough decisions from colors to handles to hoods.
