Douglas heating and air is a top notch company. I have a rental property on Norris lake. Mike was referred to me from my property manager. My air conditioner was in its last leg. Mike spent time with me explaining all options and what he thought would be in my best interest. He and Clyde came up with costs and timeframes to install a new system with a 10yr warranty. With limited time to get the job done due to a full rental schedule, James and crew busted it out! The job couldn’t have gone any smoother! Douglas heating and air is a well oiled family business. I felt the cost for the work was more than reasonable. I wish I had a company like Douglas where I live full time! Hands down 10/10!

We use Douglas Heating and Air at my place of work, always do amazing work in at timely manner and usually makes it out on the same day you have an issue or the day after. I would highly recommend this place of business for any heating and air needs.

Highly recommend Douglas heating and air! They got us in very quickly and fixed our heat in a timely manner. When he was finished, he even grabbed a broom and cleaned up his mess even though I assured him he didn't have to! You can definitely trust these guys.

Called them twice about 2 months ago about doing some work for me. I got quoted a price of $650. Over the phone, for the work. I was told they were busy, and would get a call in a few weeks. They never did call, and I got the work done for $200. I do not recommend.

My heat was out so I called and needed someone to help with my heating unit the same day. The man on the phone told me they had a really busy schedule and probably couldn't get to me the same day but when I told him I had a sick baby at home he said he'd call me right back. They ended up coming about 2 hours later, fixed the problem quickly within an hour and was very nice and professional. Would def recommend Douglas Heating and Air.
