Called Monday morning to order fuel for a property I have. They already deliver to one of my properties so I am an existing customer. Just came home the next day, after a long day with my kids to find they never delivered any fuel to our house. Called them and the rude old lady/office staff told me they weren't taking new customers. No call, no update, no fuel. I never post anything online and always support local but this is absolute BS. Avoid buying from these losers if you can.

Only called them first because their tank was already at my house when I bought it. After 3 calls and weeks of waiting, they still haven't shown up to hook up my propane or switch out my stove as requested. Lousy customer service. Doesn't show up. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I had credit and I asked how much coal can I get , they said a pallet which is 50 bags plus 19. Getting it delivered seemed like nearly impossible . So I drove up loaded up 19 bags of coal in the back of the pick up truck . I did it that way because they said it would be easy to keep track of . 1 girl helped . So I went up a few other times and loaded myself. I received a bill and I called them and asked why did I receive a bill? They said because we thought you were going to take the pallet in one 1 load. I'm like I had to load it by hand it was cold and half the bags were frozen. Well they had no problem taking my $ they will no longer get my service . Believe me I never say anything about stuff like this but they didn't act like they cared

They took the payment on Friday. My gauge says less than a quarter tank.. it's now Saturday, and still no oil. And the biggest punch in the face is they said they'd get it out to me as soon as they can, but it's now Saturday, and they are not open on the weekend. They knew this snowstorm was coming and did not care to deliver... where is the INTEGRITY??? Update 12-21-24 came home at 11:30 p.m. to no oil. I called the emergency contact numbers for a delivery I was denied and service . I was told by the 1 guy that he was not coming out in the middle of the night on an emergency. I'm disabled had a stroke 2 years ago and I was told when he finally did call. We asked that they only deliver propane when my Mom was home. They filled tank last Friday with a note of possible leak and they did not fix tank but left a bill for an unworkable tank. We specifically asked that they fill when we were home as we smelled propane. Dissatisfied customer.
