Don't use them. It's not even a real company. You'll think you're supporting a small, local business and it's not. It's just running cover for a bunch of guys who can't use their actual names anymore because the reviews are so bad, including AARC Services (F rating on BBB) and Garcia Appliance Repair (go check out his Yelp). They had me drop $210 on a part and $200 on about 10 minutes of labor and it didn't solve my issue. Been going back and forth for 8 weeks and can't get anyone to come out. These other reviews are likely not real people. Just beware.
