We usually purchase all of our appliances from Best Buy due to being TotalTech members. However, Best Buy let us down by cancelling our appliance delivery without telling us, on the day it was expected. Thankfully, Lake Erie Appliances saved the day. We entered the store and were immediately greeted by one of the workers. He walked over to us and explained all the products that they had in stock, went over various options with us, and pointed out that each appliance had a QR code inside that we can use to read more information on the unit. We selected an amazing washer and dryer set and they were delivered within an hour! We ended up getting larger and better quality appliances for around the same price. This is the best appliance store I have ever bought from. The prices and selection are incredible. I came in to buy a refrigerator and was greeted at the door by their friendly sales staff. He showed me their great selection and set up a delivery time that worked for me. The friendly delivery guy showed up on time the next day! I can’t express enough how amazing the whole buying experience was. I will definitely be going nowhere else in the future.
