Lake Forest Flooring

Fantastic to work with and we love the results so much! We had engineered hardwood installed and it looks so good. Maye Webb recommended the product and color which ended up being just what we wanted, and worked with us to make it look perfect. They also did an awesome job customizing the edges to our fireplace shape. Couldn't recommend them enough, it transformed the whole room and they were a pleasure to work with.

Maye went above and beyond helping me pick out a stair runner. She brought out floor samples and looked up paint colors to simulate my home as best she could while we explored the options. She was honest and encouraged me explore styles I wouldn’t have initially been brave enough to consider. We ended up picking one of her suggestions and absolutely love it. When she was out of vacation, Patty stepped in. Patty was also very kind and responsive as we planned for installation. Ed did a great job installing the stair runner for us and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Excellent experience with Lake Forest Flooring! We had ~1000 sqft of new hardwood flooring installed, and then had ~1800 sq ft of hardwood flooring sanded and stained. Maye-Webb was terrific to work with throughout the process. And Joel and his team were top notch for the installation and refinishing. We couldn't be happier with the results and will be using Lake Forest for any future flooring needs - highly recommended!

Wonderful experience all around! My husband and I had been looking to expand our hardwoods into another room of our house and Patty was quick to reach out to me and get room measurements scheduled. We could not have asked for better communication from both Patty and Gregg. Gregg came out to measure and got me a quote that same day. They sub-contracted out Stoneman Hardwood Flooring, who came on time, did wonderful fast work, and left the room in better condition than before they started. We are super pleased with their work. A great BIG “Thank You” to everyone at Lake Forest Flooring! I recently had to move into a rental property that was in need of some attention/TLC. I contacted Gregg (owner) and he made everything happen in the exact timeframe that I needed. He even came out during the installation, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. The install looks great and transformed the home. I also wanted to say that I have had reason to stop by the showroom, and if you haven’t, I recommend you do so before purchasing any kind of flooring.
