When looking for a company to replace our flooring, I chose Lake Hickory Carpet and Flooring Center based on the five-star ratings received on their website. Our house is very rustic requiring some special craftsmanship to accommodate the upgrades we were considering. Steve came to our house and discussed our options which met all of the requirements we had hoped to achieve. Lionel and his installation team were outstanding. I was amazed at their workmanship especially for the more rustic areas. After the installation was completed, Steve made another visit to our house to make sure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend this company for any of your flooring requirements.

These people are the nicest ever! Steve was very helpful in ensuring that I made a good choice in the carpet I chose! His Son was very nice also, ensuring us if we needed anything at all or had any questions call them at anytime day or night!! 😁 The carpet installers was very professional; and definitely knew what they was doing!!!! I could not be more pleased and I love my new carpet!!! I highly recommend Steve and his team for any of your flooring needs!! And I will definitely be calling on them again for future flooring!

These guys are great. I went in needing new carpet but not really knowing what I wanted. After explaining to them my vision they helped me pick out the perfect carpet for my house. It looks better then I could ever imagine. They were very professional and completed the job on time and I could not have hoped for a better experience. Thanks again guys. Steve and his crew did an AMAZING job on our new floors in my place of business. Jeremy and the installers worked after business hours to make sure we could continue to conduct business during 8-5.
