Lake House Bath and Tile completed a basement bathroom and bedroom for me. I have wanted this to happen for quite some time. I reviewed many possible companies; however, settled on Lake House Bath and Tile because I was able to see their work and simply fell in love with it. Inasmuch, I was able to watch the process at my house from beginning and now to the end. I was able to have great conversations with their people that do the work and was amazed with their experience and skills. My bedroom and bathroom are my dream come true. We couldn’t be happier with Matt and his entire crew for all the work on our house. We did backsplash behind the coffee bar, around our fireplace and a list of miscellaneous items that we put off far too long; from windows to flooring to electrical and they coordinated with a number of vendors. Not only are they great at their craft (thorough and meticulous) they were professional and courteous. We were super impressed by the clean up at the end of each day. I know that sounds simple, but when your house is torn up and you’re still living in it, it was nice to come home to a clean place. I would recommend Lake House to anyone, and we will definitely use them for all our future needs!!

I hired LHBTC to rip out a shower and install a new tiled shower and install 3 shower doors because I received high recommendations from an acquaintance. They communicated very well and came to view and estimate the project. When I inspected the finished the job after I returned from out of town, I noticed mortar showing through the grout, holes in the grout, and some missing grout areas--overall very poorly done. Also one of the showers was installed with the door opening on the wrong side, and left unfinished with dry shims sticking out. When I emailed, they were very prompt to acknowledge, investigate, and schedule a return, and the crew worked hard to try to remedy. They agreed the grout was too thin, among other issues. But after a full day of remedy, two of the doors still leak
