When a construction project next to our property dumped 1000's of cubic yards of silt into our lake, I reached out for several bids. The construction company that caused the damage to our lake was going to have to pay for the cleanup. While Lake Inc was not the cheapest, they appeared the most experienced and knowledgable. Their quote was based upon their estimation of the amount of silt in the lake and the amount of work that had to be done. They had estimated more silt than the other companies, and they were right.
