Adam & his assistant were top notch. Called yesterday morning when my dad's septic finally gave out & toilets wouldn't flush, overflowed, bath & shower backed up, and kitchen sink wouldn't drain. They were ready to come out yesterday, but I had to move some stuff out of the driveway first, so decided to have them come out this morning. I was told 11:00 a.m., but Adam called at 8 a.m. that he was on his way. They were able to reach the tank from the front of the house. We found out I had a very old system: a 1,000 gallon cistern type septic tank, and a smaller grease trap. They pumped both and then flushed the main line with a power hose, and dislodged the clog in the line. Everything works now, and I learned a lot about the system from Adam. I called them late last night. They called me the next day which is today. They set up an appointment. They called 30 minutes before they showed up. They cleaning out. There's three guys didn't catch your names but the main guy told me a couple pointers what to do. What not to do. They did an awesome job. I'll be calling them the next time it backs up again. Rosa in the office is exceptional in customer service and knowledgeable. She is so easy to talk with and very pleasant. She had the guys come out to clean out my tank the next day and the guys were just as kind as Rosa and very knowledgeable with their job. They took the time to explain to me what they were doing and what was what. I really appreciate all of this.
