Bit more expensive, but worth it for quick parts trip, well it was until I was attacked by a woman behind the counter because I didn't know about some change they had made in the way that accounts are handled, now going to Menards is a longer trip, but I'm not chewed out in front of everyone in the store about something that I knew nothing about, won't use that Ace Hardware again.

In store was great, but with an infant I tried their store pickup which said would be ready in 15 mins, I waited several hours with no ready reply from them. Cancelled the order and just went to the store. New in town, first time going there. Store is well stocked. I will shop in person, but never again will I make a pickup order from there.

Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly when I go.

Nice store, just reopened as an Ace. Open late and that will be nice for projects. Also on Sunday, had to get some bolts and nuts for a repair project so very handy to have them there.
