Lake Shore Heating and Cooling

We got home on a Friday afternoon and our furnace was out. I cold called Lake Shore Heating and Cooling and Phil answered and said he could be out in half an hour. He was very informative and had the parts we needed in his truck. My husband kept remarking about what a nice guy he was. Will definitely use this company again and recommend them go anyone.

We have a 3 hour drive to our cabin by Pillager, MN. I turn on the heat/cooling from our home before heading up to the lake. When we arrrived to thelakethe temp was the same as when I turned it on. This was after 5 PM on Halloween. I left multiple voice messages for heating repair. Phil, frpm Lake Shore Heating and Cooling was the only one asnswered and came out that same evening. He diagnosed our problem, left a couple of heaters for us to use until the part we needed arrived and kept us informed as to the status of our repair. Phil and Amy were wonderful to work with.

I have had great experience working with Lake Shore Heating and Cooling. From installing a new furnace to doing some repair work and trouble shooting on my existing unit, they have been great. Highly recommend.
