A very polite young man from Lake State Cleaning rang my doorbell this morning and kindly stood back from my door until I could identify him as the employee I hired from your company. He politely identified himself and told me he was here to clean my dryer vent and would get straight to work. He said I could pay with credit by email invoice and that he would check back with me when he had finished the job. He did it in about 10 minutes or less. He thanked me before he left. He was so professional and thoughtful I will be happy to hire your company for all my difficult cleaning chores.

Very pleased with the roof cleaning service provided. As I was told when I inquired about the service, it would take about a month for the product used to kill algae on the roof and wash off with rain and wind. It’s been a month now and it worked! Communication was great! Received several texts to notify us of scheduling and arrival. Showed up on time. The technicians did a nice job and left no mess. They even blew the leaves out of the gutters. They were polite and professional. I would recommend their roof cleaning service!

Contacted Lake State to clean gutters at one of our homes. As in the past, always quick to respond, their communication is great. Job was completed faster than I expected and they submitted photos as always of completed work. Bryce and the team do great work. Use them regularly.
