Chip was our service representative and he was very nice, polite and came when the office said he would. Fixed our door in a few minutes and was on to his next job. We have had many different experiences with getting a contractor to come and do work. This was a good one, so if you're thinking that you might need service or if you're in a jam, Lakelands Overhead Doors is the correct place to go to for your garage door needs. They had whatever part was needed today but if I need a repair in the future they have my door make and model on file so the next time we need them they will be sure to have the correct spare parts with them when they come. We realized our 15 year old door wouldn’t open at 4pm on a Saturday. The problem was a worn out spring. They offered to fix it Monday, but we weren’t available. They came Tuesday morning by 0915, replaced the spring, lubricated both of our doors and left by 1000. The work was done with great professionalism and efficiency. I would recommend this company and employees Chip & Wes greatly.

A friend recommended this service and today I had my second visit, an annual inspection and maintenance by Wes and Ethan. Very professional. After the initial work and lubrication the door was so much quieter, and when I called to schedule the annual, the phone call was also handled politely and efficiently.
