Lakes Area Heating & Cooling

I have been using Kelly Karnes and Lakes Area Heating & Cooling for the past few years. I had an AC unit that wasn't working, I reached out to Kelly and he gave me a few steps to check to see if I could get it working on my own, still wasn't working. He then was very prompt to getting out there and diagnosing the problem which he did then installed a new condenser the next day. Grateful that he was able to work so quickly to help me resolve my issue before the heat wave came and also didn't upcharge me with parts that I didn't need. The AC is back on and working. Thanks!

Kelly ( owner ) was the best. Work was well organized and done on time. They had the best price for the Carrier heating system.

Not true to his word. Sold my son a car. Said it no problems. Well indeed it does. It needs $5,600 of repairs and is not willing to help with repairs. Beware.
