Eric and his team were responsive and committed to ensuring we were happy with the final project, providing several solid designs and ideas. They finished the project on time even with several modifications by us. We are delighted with the outcome and loved working with his team. Lakeshore Property Services were the shining light of a pool project. Their team showed better attention to detail and executed work better than anyone on the project. Love this company! Over the past year we have worked with Megan to design a landscape that included retaining walls on both sides of the house, 30 mature trees and shrubs in mulched beds with native plantings and all with the intention of reducing an expansive lawn area. The hydroseeding company that they subcontracted did an excellent job by anticipating heavy rain and added a strong binder to keep the seed in place. They also subcontracted an excellent plumber to create a connection for the irrigation system connection. He actually used our shop vac to clean up!
