If all you want is a cleaning and inspection, they're ok. But be wary of any repair work. Recently, they inspected the interior and exterior of our stone chimney and provided a list of issues to address, which was insightful. However, when I asked for a repair estimate, I didn't get one. When I asked again, I was told they couldn't or wouldn't perform the repairs. Too busy? Not confident in their abilities? I'm not sure. I asked for a recommendation of some one else, but received no response. I'm very disappointed. It's inappropriate to point out issues that compromise the integrity of your chimney and then say, "go find a solution on your own, I'm out of here." They didn't even perform a temporary fix (caulk) of a crack to help me get through until I found someone else. So, they pointed o

We had Lakeside guys come out for a chimney cleaning and inspection. Everything was professionally done and we really appreciated the clear advice. We did not pass code whatsoever lol but that is exactly why we needed the inspection! He'll work up estimates for ya and it's appreciated 👍🏼👍🏼
